How can I see audit trails for self-signed document

My question is about self-signed document as a signle signatory. How can I find the audit details to verify when my siganture was placed on the document?
found final audit report is attached to the end of the document for the file which was signed by multiple users. How can I see such audit trails as well for the document self-signed only? Nothing was attached to the end of document for the self signed one (single signatory).

I have the same question. For self signed documents the audit trail only includes the "Document created" entry, it does not include the "Document e-signed by" entry. Was a solution found for this? I'm using Acrobat Pro DC 2022.002.20191.

My explanation might not suffice. I signed via Adobe signature process but self-signature did not automatically include audit report though multiple signatures within one document automatically provided audit report at the end of ths document. How can I set Adobe to present audit report automatically at the end of the document even I was the only signatory?
