How do I access my paid subscription to Adobe PDF converter?

I sign in and click on the converter button and it tells me I have to pay. I clicked on that to see what would happen and then it tells me I already have a subscription. How do I actually get to use the converter without this circular problem?

Hi anniew62883832,

Please try to sign out and relaunch the application.

Then sign in with your Adobe ID and check if you can export the application.

In meantime, you can export PDF online here: https://cloud.acrobat.com/

Let us know if you experience any issue.

I am currently having the same problem with my Adobe file converter.  My Creative Cloud Desktop and Creative Cloud All Apps tells me that I have a paid subscription to Adobe but when I open it and try to use it to convert a file from Adobe to Microsoft it takes me immediately to the page asking me to subscribe. I went to the free online application page and tried to sign in to the free account and it told me that my email address already had an Adobe account. I then did as suggested in the support Community response to the same issue...signed out of my Adobe Creative Suite account and then signed back in, tried to use the Adobe Export feature (that my desktop says I have installed in my Creative Suite) and still could not get it to work.  Please advise.
