How do I align text to the bottom of a field in form editor

I created a form and would like the text to appear on the predawn line when clients are filling it out. How do I do this in the editor. Please help!

where is "Form Field Text Properties" panel you show? I cannot locate this anywhere is the Properties panel.

When I do this, the "Properties" box does not appear. I am on a MAC as well. Any suggestions woul dbe greatly appreciated.

Hi, I've tried this but each time I close the properties option, it reverts back to the default top alignment. Is there a workaround so that I can prepare the form with the text aligned to the bottom at all times?
