I bought a new computer and want to transfer my old Adobe Acrobat Pro X to my new computer. Is that possible?

in principle, yes.  but because you probably have a newer os you can expect some (or a lot of) problems.

to answer your question, first make sure you have your serial number secured.  only then open acrobat on your old computer>click help>deactivate or sign out.
