How do I delete pages? IAll I want to do is remove a few pages from a large pdf doc? I've paid for the extra software and it still won't let me? No pages menu is coming up in the tools menu?

I've spent now almost an hour trying to find an answer to the above question - "How do I delete a page from a PDF file?"  Everything I've tried keeps referring me back to the 'Organize Pages' section of the pdf file.  When I click on that it wants be to subscript to a service that charges a monthly fee.  You've got to be kidding!!!!!!!!

That is not a solution.  What else can I do?

From your description is sounds like you're using the free Adobe (Acrobat) Reader. If that's the case then you can't do it.

To be able to edit a PDF you need to purchase or subscribe to Adobe Acrobat. If this is a one-time task then you can use the free trial version of that application to achieve it, though.

I've been using Adobe (for PDFs) for the last kazillion years without any problems, and it always worked just fine. It wasn't until I was instructed to download and install the last "update" that things started getting goofy. The latest version is overkill for what I need. I just need a small, single-engine airplane and Adobe has now given me a 747. Don't need it. How do I go back to what I had?
