How do I disable tool tips in Acrobat DC Pro?

How do I turn off the blue pop-up tool tips in Acrobat DC Pro (Mac version)?

This is so frustrating. Every time I open a PDF (which is 20-50 times a day) I have to wait 2-5 mins while it hangs and loads garbage popups I've already said OK to before. Every day it tells me repeatedly how to manage my team's account in Adobe console. OMG I know already!! Stop the nagging that hangs my computer, please!

I gave up. Acrobat is bloatware writ large. I've move on to other apps (Nitro and UPDF) that are capable of meeting my real needs.
