How Do I edit pdf's through Acrobat DC on Android Device

So I just purchased Acrobat DC Pro which states that it allows the creation and editing of PDF's on my mobile device.  I don't see that I can download this program through the Google Play Store.  And when I create a PDF document through Acrobat Reader, which is available through the Google Play Store, I can't find how to edit the document and create fillable fields.

Adobe told me that they don't provide support for Android devices and that I would have to inquire for help through their forums.

Can anyone help me?

To create fillable fields you must use Adobe Acrobat on Windows or Mac.

Got it.  Thanks!

So what do the mobile tools that I'm paying for allow me to do?  (To me, that's a little misleading...)
