I have license but after it updated, the Adobe Acrobat cannot be used. It crashed and log out. I uninstalled Creative Cloud but I cannot even install after it. Because it said my OS 10.9 is not support.

What version is your license for? Do you still have the original CD to install it? You certainly can't use Creative Cloud (not any more).

You don’t. Unless you already owned a license to an older version.
