Some PDFs I've seen get very pixelated when zoomed in, but others remain clear. How do I do this?

If the file was created using bitmap images it will get pixelated when you zoom into it, just like with any such image.

If it was created using vectors (images or text) it will not lose quality when zoomed in.

The SVG is vector. Taking screenshots turns it into dots. Use the SVG directly as a graphic. No screenshots!

Is there a way to get this svg file into a format that Adobe Acrobat can open?

I don't think you can do it directly, but if you open the SVG in

Illustrator you could then export it as a PDF file.

I found out that the original file online is a .svg that I’ve just been taking screenshots of. When I click on the link to open it, it opens a new window with only the .svg file on it. Is there a way to get this to a pdf?

There is nothing you can do to fix JPEGs,. Because they are made of dots which get bigger. You'd have to start again, redrawing as a drawing. What is the source of the JPEGs?

The source is online, I wanted to convert the jpegs into these vector files so that they would be clear in my presentation

That would require recreating it using something like Illustrator. I don't think it's worth the effort, to be honest.

Just try to get the highest resolution possible for this image, and make do with it.

Thank you! How do I create it with vectors?

Use vector tools to create it. Or use text. Don't scan. Don't use Photoshop. If this isn't enough to go on, what do you use now?
