How do I print the PDF with the strike-outs and comments on it? I need these to complete my project. They show up on the screen, but not on the printed document.

My customer took my Word document, converted it to a PDF and then edited it.  I need to print this document, with the edits (comments and strike outs) to complete my project.  When I select the print command it only prints the original document.  Her notes and strike outs are not there.  What should I do?
