Hi Josh,
We are sorry for the trouble. As described, everytime you restart your computer you have to re-login to Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Please sign out of the application, reboot the computer once and relogin to the application and check.
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version goto Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version 20.12.20048 installed. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
Also, please try to repair installation from the help menu and see if that makes any difference.
If it still doesn't work, please try to reset the preferences to default as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792...
You may also try the following steps and see if that helps:
1. Right click on the Adobe Acrobat Icon on desktop.
2. Go to Properties.
3. Under 'Compatibility Tab' Uncheck 'Run this program in compatibility mode' > Click Apply , OK and reboot the computer.
Let us know how it goes.
Regards

I have the same issue. I'm wondering if this just might be a bug that could be resolved by the Adobe team.
Please kindly fix this issue rather than the usual tactic of making the user jump through hoops.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-repeatedly-prompts-for-sign-in.html and see if that helps.

I have the exact same issue. I'm considering going back to the other version, as it is such a pain to constantly get a pop that says I have to start a free trial or end the program. The pop-up that I get when I open a file, etc. doesn't even have a login option - just a quit the program or start a free trial option. This is definitely something you should fix, as it is extremely frustrating.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.
If you are still looking for a solution, you might want to check the Refresh License Files section on the given link: Troubleshoot Adobe Acrobat crashes
Hope this helps.

Why doesn't Adobe fix this rather than consumers having to take multiple complicated steps to try and figure it out?
