I have a scholarship application that I created, saved as a PDF, and then made into a form. How can I update the original without having to recreate the form each term? I have tried to just update the original, save, close, and then open the form and select replace pages. However all my form fields end up out of line with the text. There has got to be an easier way!! Help please!! What should take me a few clicks of the mouse ends up taking me days!!! The form I created I did in Adobne using their "create a form from existing document", but then I had to go back and fix so many things and even write script for some. I can't do this every term. I don't have time!! Please help!!!!!

The Replace Pages command is the only way. And yes, if you changed the layout of the file you will need to adjust the positions/sizes of the fields as well, there's no way around that. It's better than having to start from zero...
