How do you install an old version of Adobe DC on CC 2020?

Hello,

Ever since my computer automatically updated my Adobe CC software, I have been having problems. Specifically with Adobe DC which always displays 'Please wait while document is prepared for reading' and never loads. How can I install a previous version?

By Adobe DC do you mean Adobe Acrobat Pro DC? Unlike all the other apps, installing old versions is very difficult and time consuming. Instead, I suggest you turn off an option described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/message-content-preparation-progress-opening.html
