I am the Admin and I'm the only Admin for our entire company. I had difficulty finding the "Account Settings" in years previous and once again it has disappeared. I have followed all instructions and yet can only get Personal Preferences with no option to access the Signature Preferences and uncheck the blue line information. We don't want blue line or dates for anyone in our organization. Please advise.

Hi @mlcrandall
Please go through the correct answer marked in the similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-sign-discussions/how-do-you-remove-the-blue-line-date-a... and see if that works for you.

Amal,
Respectfully, I am the only Admin and am always logged in as Admin. This feature is not available to Admins. I'm happy to have you log into my computer and show you what happens. As you can see from the thread many people have this issue. I have the option to manage team from my document cloud, but am unable to reach this direct page.
Please advise.

Hi Michelle,
Please try the following steps:
1. Open the link acrobat.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID.
2. Click on your profile icon at the top right corner and select Settings.
3. Check if you get the E-signing settings option in the settings window. If yes, select the Edit settings hyperlink.
Share the screenshot of the window with the options you receive.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

I've sent a screen shot that shows I'm offered to log into my company or personal profile. I selected my company profile. Once logged in, I follow step 2 above and I do see the Esigning settings. I'm able to click Edit Settings from Step 3. After step 3, the 2nd image below shows what I see. You can see there is no top menu bar and on the left no options needed to remove the blue data.

Hello, I am having the same issue, and see the same options included in the screenshot above. Has this been resolved?

Thank you for reaching out.
Could you please let us know how you are signing in to the account?
Share the screenshot or the video of the signing workflow.
We see that you have Acrobat as part of the team license provided by your organization. Ensure that you are signing in to the correct account.
Thanks,
Meenakshi
