How to access my stamps more quickly

I'm wondering if there is a way to access my stamps more quickly rather than having to navigate to Tools > Stamps > Dynamic. I have added a particular stamp as a favorite, but I still find that having to navigate to the Tools menu first is a slow process. I was hoping there was a way to add a so-called "Stamp document" option in the right-click menu, in addition to adding the stamp tool in the toolbar to the right permanently, as opposed to having to manually add it every time I open a new document.
