How to activate account

Still saying I need to purchase Adobe Pro and AI after purchased and receipt emailed to me. I have downloaded it but it doesn't change anything. Suggestions

We have checked and verified your Adobe ID (email) and confirmed that you have an active subscription to Acrobat Pro and the Acrobat AI assistant. Please ensure that you are logged in with the same Adobe ID (email) that you used to sign in to the community.

Sign out of Acrobat, restart the machine, and sign back in. Ensure that you have Adobe Acrobat Pro installed. If not, remove the current installation using the Acrobat Cleaner tool, restart the machine, and install Acrobat from the direct link: https://adobe.ly/4mBsw9A
