Hello!
I hope you're doing well. We apologize for the delayed response and the trouble. Acrobat 10 is now out of support, and the activation servers are no longer available. Adobe strongly recommends that customers update to the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat. By updating installations to the latest versions, customers benefit from the latest functional enhancements and improved security measures.
I hope this information helps.
Thanks,
Anand Sri.

This what Abobe replied to me:
We purchased over $2,000 worth of lifetime Acrobat (10 copies). Now they determine that my lifetime is over because they are retiring the activation servers!! I'm still living and the Acrobat X was working until reinstall of windows or forgot to deactivate old computers.
They say now because of end of life there is no support to help.... refund some of my money then!
I'll go purchase Microsoft PDF Extra Lifetime for $79.
