how to activate adobe acrobat 9 pro extended

How do I activate adobe acrobat 9 pro extended (AA9PE)?

I had to reinstall Win10Pro following the failure & replacement of my PSU & some of my RAM sticks.

I downloaded & reinstalled AA9PE 9.0.0. I had to install the Trial version because the installer app would not accept my product key (serial No.) My AA9PE product key is an Upgrade key, which I bought as an electronic download without backup disk. I also have my original AA6 Full product key. I have misplaced the original disk.

Previously the installer app required me to enter both the Upgrade key and the Full key. But this time it asked only for the Product key. It did not accept either the Upgrade key or the Full key.

Please help.
