How to add blue Pantone 313C in Adobe Acrobat Pro

I'm trying to add a specific colour- Pantone 313 C to the bottom of a PDF in Acrobat Pro. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks.

"Edit PDF" tools of Acrobat supports the RGB color mode only, so you cannot use any of them.

But you can "Import as a layer", or try to copy-paste an object using this Pantone.
