How to block HTTP requests from outside in AEM Forms JEE

Hello

 

how to disable the Http-Requests from outside and allow it on the Server in AEM Forms JEE?

The link http://localhost:Port and http://ServerIP:Port works local  but are blocked from the outside. HTTPS is configured and works for the requests from inside and ouside.
