How to change the arrow tool so it draws with the first point being the arrow head?

I would like to draw the comment arrow such that the first point I click is the arrow head. The default is that the first point clicked is the tail. Is there a way to change this behavior?

Select the line, press Ctrl+E and you'll be able to set the arrow's direction.
