Hi mariannezzz,

If you're using Acrobat DC, then this tutorial may be just the thing you're looking for: Edit text and images in PDFs | Adobe Acrobat DC tutorials.

If you have an earlier version, such as Acrobat XI, check out this Help document: Acrobat Help | Edit text in PDFs

Please let us know if you have additional questions.

Best,

Sara

Edit->Copy is disabled. Why I can't ctrl-C and Ctrl-V any part of pdf file and copy to notepad or MS Word, Excel??? It was always available before.

Hi Marianne,

If you're trying to copy and paste text boxes from a PDF, first choose the Edit Text & Images tool. Then, click to select the text box that you want to copy and choose Edit > Copy. To paste, choose Edit > Paste.

If that isn't what you're looking for, please tell me precisely what you're trying to accomplish and I'll try to get you pointed in the right direction.

Best,

Sara
