How to deactivate Adobe Pro 2017 from Mac - entering deactivate or sign out in HELP shows no options.   I also tried opening a document but still no options in the Help menu to deactivate.

Help appreciated.

Thank you … I finally figured it out … you have to hover over Help and not click Help - in order to see the sign out option. I needed to deactivate in order to use on a different mac.

Resolved - thank you

Hi @defaultsawepjqn88xc

This is your first post on this thread. Are you also trying to deactivate Acrobat DC Pro 2017 from a Mac?

I see you also posted twice in the Acrobat Reader forum:

Can you tell us what you are trying to do? We can move your post.

We cannont call you, as we are volunteers. If you need to talk to Adobe, contact Adobe Customer Care

I'm not sure I understand the full problem.

  • Why do you wish to de-activate Acrobat?
  • Which Mac OS do you have?

Hi @mlupin

Your license allows you to have Acrobat activated on two computers as long as you don't use both at the same time. If you try to activate on a third computer, Adobe will ask you to sign out on one.
