I have a licensed renewal for Abode app but this pop up keeps popping up every few seconds.  It's really annoying.  Any help is greatly appreciated. I have a creator cloud subscription.

Hi @CarmelitaB

Hope you are doing well.

I have checked the Adobe Account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found an active plan for Creative Cloud all apps.

Please try to logout of the application, reboot the computer once and relogin with the same Adobe ID and see if that works.

Let us know if you experience any trouble and need more help.

Yeah, this has been popping up on my screen every couple minutes for the past five days, and is basically rendering my PC unusable.  I can't close the pop up the way one normally closes a screen (by clicking on the "X" in the upper right-hand corner), and when I click on "learn more," I get taken to a page that says my serial number is no longer valid.  At that point, if I don't do anything, the pop up appears again a couple minutes later.  As long as the pop up appears on my monitor, I can't use three quarters of the functions on my PC.  Adobe is ruining my business right now, and if your company doesn't figure out a way to fix this ASAP, I will never buy an Adobe product and will tell everybody I know not to buy an Adobe product. [cursing removed] The pop up has appeared four times just while I'm typing this message.

I am not an Adobe employee and cannot check to see if you have a valid subscription as @Amal. could do for Carmelita.

Do you have a subscription to Adobe Acrobat or are you using an older version? When and where did you purchase? What is the exact version number?

Don't respond to PMs purporting to be Adobe, as they are scammers. Adobe staff has a badge that says "Adobe Employee" with the Adobe logo.

yeah. Had adobe online trying to fix this on my mac twice so far. Once they installed the adobe cleaning tool and that seemed to halt it for a while but its back now. I tried their tech guys yesterday and they were really clueless. They transferred me three times and we ended up back at the adobe cleaning tool. Which, this time hasnt worked. I found an (removed) site that recommended removing the adobe warning app, that didnt work either. Its a real pain [Profanity removed by moderator]. Im going to go back to an old clone of my system and see if that removes the (cursing removed) thing.

Hello.

I also constantly have it popping up, I tried logging out of Creative Cloud, restarting the computer, and logging back in, but the popup still continues to appear.

What should I do?

Which Adobe app are you using? Include the version and where you purchased it.

All versions are up to date. Subscription in Creative Cloud.

It seems I just solved the problem.

- I deleted the entire Adobe folder in Application Support.

- Reinstalled all the necessary programs.

Now this popup doesn't bother me. I hope it doesn't appear again after rebooting the computer.
