How to disable "Lock Document After Signing" so that I can edit the document?

I was asked to click on "lock document after signing" upon completion of a job application form. However, after doing so, I realised that the given field boxes were no longer expandable and most of my answers were cropped off. May I know if there is a way to remove/disable the "lock document after signing" function, so that I can edit or save the file again without locking it?
