Thanks for reaching out.
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is now Acrobat Reader. Only the term DC has been removed since Document Cloud migration to Adobe Cloud storage, but functionality hasn't changed yet.
There's likely a chance that you have got the latest version, Modern Viewer installed on your new computer.

This does not work. First there is no hamburger icon on the upper left. The hamburger icon is on the upper right. After clicking the hamburger icon that is NO "Disable New Acrobat" at all. Any other ideas that might work after downloading from the site from above that you provided?? Am I supposed to be using MS Edge browser, or not??
