Seems like a simple problem right? I have a Creative Cloud subscription and my account says that Adobe Acrobat Pro is included. However, when I go to the list of apps I don't see Acrobat Pro, only "Acrobat." When I download Acrobat it doesn't have all the features of Acrobat Pro. I've tried going to the public download page and clicking "start a free trial" but as soon as I do that, it says "Are you sure? Because you already have Acrobat Pro in your Creative Cloud subscription." Please, just tell me where to find Acrobat Pro so I can download it. Thank you.

We are sorry for the confusion Acrobat under the Creative Cloud subscription and Acrobat Pro is one and the same thing.
As you mentioned "When you download Acrobat it doesn't have all the features of Acrobat Pro." Would you mind elaborating a bit more about the features you are looking for? A small video recording or a screenshot would be very helpful.
You may also try to remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link
https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works.

Could you please provide more details about your issue? Are you having trouble downloading Acrobat Pro? Have you tried the suggestions provided by the Adobe representative in the previous post? Are you unable to launch the Acrobat app? If you wish to download Acrobat, use this direct URL.
