How to find preflight in acrobat dc

Does Acrobat DC include preflight?  If so, how do I use it? It appears in the list of plug-ins as not installed but I cannot discover how to install it. OS=Win10 adobe DC purchased with computer from Dell

    Acrobat PRO DC includes preflight; you can use search in the tools. Acrobat Standard does not include preflight or the other print production tools, even if you see the plugin (which may do some other jobs behind the scenes).
