How to fix error: Inconsistent ParentTree mapping (by preflight)

I tag my PDF to add accessibility, but there has a problem.

[Inconsistent ParentTree mapping], one of Acrobat's Preflight features, sometimes found a error.

I found the tag tree where error occur but still don't know how to fix it.

I wonder why this error occur, and how to fix it.

Here is a PDF which error occur. I hope this file will help to fix the error.

We checked the file, and there were no errors in tags (screenshot attached for reference).

Hi @S. S,

There was a little miscommunication between us.

I analyze the uploaded file by using 'Preflight > Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Profile > Analyze > Errors in structured PDF > Inconsistent ParentTree mapping' function.

I also confirmed that the same problem still occurs when I analyze the uploaded file again.

Could you please analyze it again with the function and tell me how to solve it?
