How to get the serial number for adobe acrobat pro (I already have the serial number for creative suite CS6)

I have the serial number for the adobe creative suite CS6 which I purchase back in 2012.  I don't have the packaging as I just moved house but I have registered the product on the adobe website and have the serial number for the creative suite as a whole.

However this serial number doesn't work for adobe acrobat pro - a different serial number is required (I remember a separate one was featured on the packaging).  How do I get a copy of this number so that I can successfully install the software?  I've tried logging into my account but it's not there.

if your suite does not include acrobat and you had a separate installation file for it, you have 3 ways to recover a serial number that you once had:

1. if you purchased from or registered with adobe (automatically done with cs6):,

    a. you can check your account, https://accounts.adobe.com

    b. you can check with adobe support* (be prepared to give the email address used when registering purchasing)

2. if your adobe program is installed on another computer you can recover its serial number from that computer, (win:) http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html, (mac:)  https://mac-product-key-finder.com/

3. http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/find-serial-number.html
