The User completes a section, submits the form to our help desk. The hidden section needs to be completed by the technician completing the order. What is the easiest way to go about doing this?
The User does not need to see any of the hidden section but the technician needs to be able to see the information the user submits.

Is this "section" a part of a page? A whole page? Multiple pages? Does it contain form fields? Other interactive elements?

In trying to figure this out I have ended up with 1 form that is only one page. Another form that has two page. The first page the user completes they would not see the second page) but when submitted the second page would appear to the technician performing the work and be able to be completed. There are forms fields on both pages.
I converted the pdfs to images so you can see what I am trying to work with. The pdf with 2 pages exported the images as separate images.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

The images aren't really helping because I can't see what's a form field and what's not... Basically, though, you can hide the form fields and use a large, white read-only button field to cover any static elements that you don't want the user to see.

Ok. I created the large white button to cover the area the user should not see. How does the technician, who must add comments in these fields that are now hidden, add information in these fields.
Could use an event on Submit to view fields?

Yes, you can hide the covering button before submitting the file and then
hide it afterwards, using a script.

Didn't work. The fields need to be hidden until the form is submitted to the technician. Then the fields should be seen. Therw are a total pf 6 fields.

In what way didn't it work? Can you share the actual file?

The fields the Users are not to see were made invisible by the white button. However, once the form was submitted the fields the technicians were to see never appeared. How can I attache the file for you to look at? Don't see the paperclip. This is for an internal site so no public access.
Thanking you for all your help.
