The reason why Adobe Support is “not trained to support” installation of Acrobat Pro DC on your Android device is because Acrobat Pro DC is only installable and executable on Windows and MacOS and not on either iOS or Android operating systems.
Only the Adobe Acrobat Reader for Android is installable and executable on Android devices. It provides PDF reading, forms fill, annotation, and other optional (via subscription) features, but nowhere near the functionality of Acrobat Pro DC.

The “sales person” didn't know what they were talking about. If you can identify this person for us, we'll send him/her out to the gulag for regrooving / reeducation.

Thank You so much Dov!
I knew something was up, I think his name was Reges or something along those lines, As soon as he said that, i went to the website and only saw that it was available for Windows and Mac, and knew something was up.

On to a better question, hopefully you may be able to assist me better,
I work for a Steel fabricator in Florida, and we are trying to improve the Fit up for complex structures, so that our fitters have an easier time seeing what the actual assembly looks like. For this we wanted to do a PDF file that would have the measurements and 2D views (Top, Side, etc), and have a block where an isometric view would go, but make that ISO view an interactive 3D image. We were able to make the file and get it to open in Adobe Reader DC just fine, and you can move the piece around, etc. But when using the regular adobe reader in the Samsung galaxy tab A, we cannot interact with the 3D image. Does adobe make something that would work for this?
Thank You!
