How to mass download in ipad

I have loads of files that I want to read on my iPad. so I need to mass-download files from the cloud to my iPad. How do I do that without going one by one?

    I use the Creative Cloud Storage to store the files, and the app on the iPad. You can tag the files to be available offline.

    An alternative, depending on your iPad and iPadOS is a usb memory storage plugged in your USB-C charging port with all the files copied on it.
