How to Mirror a document

I'm beyond frustrated with the new versions of Acrobat I'm using version 2024 and trying to print to an epson et-2800 sublimation printer.  I need to mirror the document and can't figure out how in this verison.  
If I print to pdf I can mirror but then I can't turn around and print to my epson.  The printer properties don't seem to have the mirror option that the help files say should be there.  Please help.

I've never seen a "Mirror" option in the Print dialog of Acrobat. Where did you see that it should exist?
