How to populate date in a field when opened & another date that is one year later minus 1 day?

For authorization of release of information, "releases" that I use I need to have a few spots populate the date it's being opened and/or signed, and then another spot to populate a date that is one year in the future minus one day. Is that possible? All help is MUCH appreciated!

It looks like this is an Adobe Sign form. Is that correct?  It it is, then the answer is no, there is no way to perform a date calculation.
