How to preserve hyperlinks when converting from PowerPoint to PDF

I'm on a Mac with OS X Yosemite using the Microsoft 365 Office suite. I'm trying to convert from PowerPoint and Word to PDF and preserve the hyperlinks. My friends on Windows don't have a problem with this. Is there a way to preserve hyperlinks when converting to PDF from a Mac using Acrobat Pro?

Let me know the exact dot version of Acrobat installed on your system, also the steps followed to Create PDF file from PowerPoint & Word file?

Hi There,

I replied in the forum, but I noticed that I can not attach a file in the

forum so I'm replying again. Attached are two versions of the PDF I saved.

Notice that neither of them have functioning hyperlinks.

Is it possible to preserve hyperlinks when saving to PDF on a Mac?

Hi bernieborges,

I replicate the issue at my end & it worked perfectly. All the hyperlinks were preserved.

Try this, right click on the PowerPoint file & choose convert to PDF.

Let me know if you get the same result.
