How to print Bookmarks Report that retains the properties assigned (bold, italics) - Acrobat Pro DC

I rely heavily on Bookmarks and used Bookmark Report in drafting a document. When I create a bookmark, I sometimes Bold a particularly important one, or I use italics to indicate a source. Those important properties get lost when I produce a Bookmark Report. Any way to print a bookmark report that retains those properties? Would be enormously helpful.
