My Adobe updated today 10-19-23 and I can no longer enable or disable the new Adobe view because the hamburger menu is gone. How do I get it back?

Go to the View menu and “Enable new Acrobat” again.

What version number are you running? Ours updated today to 22023.006.20360 and the hamburger menu is gone as is that selection under View. It's not an option.
I uninstalled and rolled back to an earlier version and the option is not there either.

The option to get the new interface has been deployed (randomly?) to systems (of my 3 systems I had for some time this on the new interface, and the other ones on the old). It's not exactly the Acrobat version, as all three were at the same version.
Try uninstalling, running AcroClean AcroCleaner — Acrobat Desktop Tools and Utilities, and reinstalling.
There are reports out that talk about not being able to go back to the new UI after having reverted to the old one. If you can revert, you will find the entry in “View”.

So here's what I have found and I'm hoping you have some ideas.
I created the package from Adobe and I install it and it has the new view, options to switch between the two, etc... When I run the package through the Adobe Customization Wizard DC it installs with the Old View and no hamburger, no option to enable or disable the new view. I am just prepping to deploy to my company.
Why would the Customization Wizard strip out the new view?

Why would the Customization Wizard strip out the new view?

It won't. It may just not be enabled. As I told, it's not enabled for all at the same time. And some people were talking about not been able to return to the new UI. It may be an issue with bugs that got detected, it may also simply be an issue with a new upgrade, starting again the counter.
As a side note: this is the first time that you are saying that you are deploying this on an enterprise level. If you want qualified answers right to the target, you should give the correct information.
Did you check if uninstall - AcroCleaner - reinstall did provide a solution to a manual approach?

Just an FYI - I opened a case with Adobe support.
The customization wizard removes the new Adobe view regardless of Enterprise level or lower levels.

Your solution DOES NOT apply to what we have. I'd love to hear another suggestion.
