how to remove a blurred text

Hello,

I have made a screenshot (JPG) of a text and put it inside a PDF document.

But as you can see the text is blurred. What is the best solution in order to remove a blurred text ? Is it with Acrobat pro or another software ?

Remove it entirely from the file, or "fix" it? For the former, you can use the Redaction tool and draw an area over it, then apply the redaction. For the latter, re-scan the text using a higher resolution and save it in a lossless format, such as PNG, instead of JPEG, which is compressed in a way that loses quality and information.
