How to Remove Password from Digitally Signed Documents?

Hi all! 

Every time I send a PDF off to be signed, it comes back password protected. Nowhere, not once, did I ever set a password or request that security. The password is not the same one I used to sign in. It is a mystery and causes huge issues at work. Can someone please help? I tried working with an Adobe support person and all they did was use the "Print -> Save as PDF" option. There has got to be an easier way, since that option is no longer available to me.
