How to select comments only

Hi,

I'm an electrical designer and I often need to comment vendor drawings and annotate them to correct information present on their files. One thing that I find rather annoying with DC pro is that I cannot seem to find a command to allow me to select annotations only. I need this to be able to copy/paste typical comments on multiple pages. I usually achieve this by selecting a single comment, copying it in place, then moving on to the next which often takes a lot of times.

Is there a way that I could select only annotations in a page?

Thanks!

Would it be helpful to use the filter comments feature to isolate annotations, and then export them to Word?

Open the Comments panel, click into the Comments List and press Ctrl+A.

It doesn't actually work for me, I just tested it. What I'm lokking for is more of a drag and select type of thing. Say I have some annotations that cross text, replace it with a text comment and point to something, that makes 3 annotations. I would like to be able to drag around these 3 annotations without selecting text and copying it around.

Thanks for the reply though.

You can do that through this list. Ctrl+Click to select multiple comments

and then drag one of them to move the entire group.
