How to Split PDF into Varied Page Ranges

I found a post but it doesnt work with modern Adobe Pro. We have scanned docs in PDF that need to be split into separate docs but of varying pages (140 pages total - need pages 1-2 split, then paged 3-6 split, etc. Any way to mark the splits to do so? Thanks!
