Hi,

There are different approaches to a personal user account with paid subscription and for Enterprise VIP if that is what your company has.

I assume that you just got a computer from your company but

it doesn't have any Adobe software installed on it.

If you will use a personal subscription that you are paying out of pocket, and if you're also planning on using Adobe Acrobat with the same AdobeID in both of the old and new computers, there are two important steps that you need to take care before installing Acrobat in the new computer.

NOTE: If you're not going to use Acrobat in more than one computer it is usually recommended that you uninstall it completely  from the old computer.

Go to accounts.adobe.com  to manage your account.

Deactivate the old computer listed in your AdobeID user account if you're not leaving it installed in that old computer.

If you choose to keep this device to run Acrobat, be aware that you can run Acrobat in more than one device but not simultaneously.

So if this is your choice, each and every time that you open up Acrobat to sign in with your AdobeID the application will prompt you to sign in with AdobeID  and password. (your AdobeID is the primary email address that

is associated to your Adobe Acrobat subscription).

You can review your  plans and subscription also from accounts.adobe.com, and download the Acrobat installer from there to your new computer.
