How to turn off 'show comments'for all users in Citrix VDI

My users open large documents, and with "show comments" turned on it takes a long time for the documents to open, sometimes even locking up the virtual machine.

When I turn of the "show comments" feature for my user, it does not turn off the feature for all users, only the user that is logged in currently. I need to turn this feature off.
