How to turn off time stamps on a PDF form signature.

I created multiple documents. When they were created they worked. Users could draw their signature and it was fine. It has suddesnly changed to show the time and date when the signatures are done. Which is a feature I never added and do not want. 

How do I remove this? I can't seem to figure it out.

    Turns out as we were using PDFs through another platform called Fluix. It was actually a senior administrator for the Fluix software causing the time stamps. They were contacted and able to remove them.
