How to unlock cell that can only type numbers

I am filling in a pdf with adobe pro dc. There is a cell which I can only type numbers. What should I do so I can also type text (i.e. letters) in that cell?

Go to Prepare Form mode, right-click the field, select Properties and change the Format setting to None.

I found the Document Properties, but I don't find Formal setting so I can change it to None.

It's not under Document Properties, but under the field Properties. Go to Tools - Prepare Form, then right-click the field and select Properties.
