How to update the Adobe Acrobat Reader Store app to Pro DC with all features?

When you sign in with a licensed acrobat pro DC user, the 'Trial' button disappears and so does the Edit PDF button on the side.

How to reliably upgrade?

Please try to toggle between your personal account and company account (sign in) as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html and see if that works.
