How to work with formula's in Adobe DC Pro

I have attached my file, that I am trying to do a few items in.

Issue one: I want to be able to get the average of "Guys" on the bottom of my form.

Issue two: I want the "Days" to be the "Total Hrs" /  "Guys" = Total Days

Issue three: I want the individual rows of Guys * Days *10 = Total Hours. Example 3 guys * 3 Days * 10 = 90 Hours So that way on the Total Hours on the bottom give me a complete total and then populate the Issue number two above. In excel I can do this with no problem.

I appreciate any help I can get.

What have you already done to implement these calculations?

See these articles:

Look at the sample PDF. Built-in and Simplified Notation can be used for all the calcs

I know how to create forms, and know how to do the basic totaling of columns. Beyond that is new to me. I generaly use excel for all my formulas.
