How Turn Off Enhanced Security on a Mac?

In Acrobat on my PC, I can turn off enhanced security (to permit showing videos) by Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) and un-check ‘Enable Protected Mode at Startup’, then close and re-open the PDF. But I cannot find the way to do this on my Mac.

It may well be that macOS does not allow this to be done. If they allow for this, the path would be the same, I suppose.
