@melissagraham go to HP's main and update the drivers and firmware to the printer. Likely HP made a change in their product. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-officejet-pro-8710-all-in-one-printer-series/model/10477047

@melissagraham so did updating the printer driver and firmware work? Make sure you restart your computer for good measure to take on the new updates!
